The Balafon - main restaurant housed in three pavilions surrounded by mirror-ponds - has a warm and refined ambience.

The Chef treats guests to a new discovery of taste sensations, introducing them to new delights by conjuring audaciously with culinary traditions of the island and other world cuisines. His buffet for breakfast and dinner (an alternative to the table d'hôte menu) consists of wonderful miniature individual plates, allowing one to taste a full range of culinary pleasures.

Infinity Blue - restaurant on the beach - erves typical local cuisine at lunch time and seafood specialities in the evening.

Amafrooty – for a light meal of salads and sandwiches at lunch time beside the swimming pool.

La Compagnie des Comptoirs - the gourmet restaurant (under the supervision of Michelin star French Chefs Jacques and Laurent Pourcel). Dinner guests must be at least 13 years old.

Le Château de Bel Ombre - the former colonial mansion now converted into a restaurant just a stone’s throw from the hotel. Open for lunch and dinner.
